Founded in 1999, Nomad Geosciences LLC is an independent oil and gas consulting and prospect generation business. Al Taylor is the sole founder, President and Chief Scientist for Nomad Geosciences. He has over 45 years of major and independent oil and gas exploration experience ranging from frontier exploration to reservoir management and well site operations. He has comprehensive training and working experience in numerous critical technologies including: petrophysics, subsurface structure, facies and stratigraphic mapping, sequence stratigraphy, 2 and 3D seismic interpretation, petrology, petroleum systems modeling, and potential fields geophysics. From his experience as the Geoscience Team Leader for a Fortune 15 oil company's petrophysical training program, he can offer leadership, organizational, project and time management skills, in addition to his broad and deep technical skills.
Al is an AAPG Certified Petroleum Geologist (#5783), a SIPES Certified Earth Scientist (#2946) and is a Registered Professional Geologist in the states of Tennessee (#3581) and Arkansas (#1002).
